This Privacy Policy describes how Flowfellow, operated by PE SERHII PERVUN, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("Flowfellow," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you interact with our website and services. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out forms, make payments, or communicate with us. This may include:
- name;

3. Legal Basis
We only process your personal data where we have a valid legal basis under applicable law, including:
- your consent;
- performance of a contract;
- compliance with a legal obligation;
- our legitimate business interests.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyze how visitors use our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. These tools may collect anonymized data about your visit.
5. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Calendly, Slack, ClickUp, and third-party payment processors to operate our business. These providers have access only as needed to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to safeguard your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. After your project is completed or your engagement with us ends, we retain data for up to 12 months unless legally required to keep it longer. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We rely on standard contractual obligations and industry-standard security measures to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it is processed.
